TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Le règlement (CE) no 458/2007 a créé un cadre méthodologique à utiliser pour la compilation de statistiques sur une base comparable au profit de l’Union européenne et fixé des délais pour la transmission et la diffusion des statistiques compilées conformément au système européen de statistiques intégrées de la protection sociale (ci-après «Sespros»).
Regulation (EC) No 458/2007 established a methodological framework to be used for compiling statistics on a comparable basis for the benefits of the European Union and time limits for the transmission and dissemination of statistics compiled in accordance with the European system of integrated social protection statistics (hereinafter referred to as ‘ESSPROS’).

La déclaration de la conférence de Dublin[viii] recommande de mettre en place «un système global européen de statistiques sur la criminalité et de développer une stratégie coordonnée de l’UE en matière de statistiques sur la criminalité». Elle énonce également que «cette stratégie devrait avoir pour objectif de fournir les informations nécessaires à l’analyse des tendances ainsi qu’à l’évaluation des risques et de l’efficacité des performances des mesures et de l’étalonnage»avec le soutien du groupe d’experts en matière de criminalité ainsi que du réseau européen de prévention de la criminalité.
The Dublin Declaration[viii], recommends that "a comprehensive system of European crime statistics should be elaborated and a co-ordinated EU Crime Statistics Strategy be developed". and states that “The objective of the strategy should be to provide information necessary for analysing trends, assessing risks, evaluating measures and benchmarking performance", to be supported by input from a Crime Experts Group and the EU Crime Prevention Network.
