Accompagnant la parution de ce numéro, la Commission vient de produire une étude, publiée dans le "Monitoring / Suivi EUROPINION Hors Série" de novembre 1995, sous le titre "L'opinion publique européenne et la réforme des institutions de l'Union". Elle recueille les dernières données existantes en la matière, obtenues par le moyen des différents instruments de mesure de l'opinion publique gérés directement par la Commission, à savoir les sondages "Suivi Mensuel" (présentés au public dans la publication "Europinion") et les "Eurobaromètre" (publiés tous les six mois dans les brochures du même nom).
Accompanying the publication of this edition, the Commission has just completed a study headed "European Public Opinion and the Reform of the Union's Institutions", published in the "Suivi / Monitoring EUROPINION Hors Série", which compiles all the latest existing data in this field obtained through the different instruments of monitoring public opinion carried out by the Commission, such as the "Monthly Monitoring" surveys (published in the publication "Europinion") and the "Eurobarometer" (published every six months in the brochure of the same name).
