Compte tenu de ce qui précède, la Commission a estimé qu’à la suite de la modification de la structure juridique et commerciale de l’entreprise, le risque de compensation croisée était élevé et l’engagement accepté de la part du groupe Eurochem devenait impossible à mettre en œuvre et devait donc être retiré.
Based on the above considerations, the Commission concluded that following the change in corporate and sales structure of the company, there is a high risk of cross-compensation and the undertaking accepted from the Eurochem Group becomes impracticable and therefore should be withdrawn.
