Conformément au règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002, modifié par le règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1995/2006 du Conseil [1] portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes et par le règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1248/2006 de la Commission [2] modifiant le règlement (CE, Euratom) no 2342/2002 établissant les modalités d'exécution du règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002 du Conseil portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes, et aux autres règles visées par le présent accord, les conventions de subvention et/ou contrats conclus avec les participants au programme établis en Israël peuvent prévoir la réalisation à tout moment, par les agents de la Commission ou par d'autres personnes mandatées par celle-ci, d'audits scientifiques, financiers, technologiques ou autres dans les locaux des participants et de leurs sous-traitants.

In accordance with Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002, amended by Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1995/2006 [1] on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities and Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1248/2006 [2] amending Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities and with the other rules referred to in this Agreement, the grant agreements and/or contracts concluded with participants in the programme established in Israel may provide for scientific, financial, technological or other audits to be conducted at any time on the premises of the participants and of their subcontractors by Commission agents or by other persons mandated by the Commission.
