À la suite de l’adoption du règlement (UE, Euratom) no 1311/2013 du Conseil (4) et du règlement (UE) no 1316/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (5), et conformément à la déclaration commune, il est nécessaire de modifier le règlement (UE, Euratom) no 966/2012 afin d’inclure les règles de report relatives à la réserve pour les aides d’urgence et aux projets financés dans le cadre du mécanisme pour l’interconnexion en Europe.
Following the adoption of Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1311/2013 (4) and Regulation (EU) No 1316/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (5), and in line with the joint statement, it is necessary to amend Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 to include the carry-over rules for the Emergency Aid Reserve and for projects financed under the Connecting Europe Facility.
