Mr Sutherland a dit qu'il convenait de noter que les propositions de la Commission etaient tres moderees et qu'elles restaient bien en-deca de la deregulation a l'americaine pronee par de nombreux groupes de consommateurs.
Mr Sutherland said that it ought to be noted that the Commission's proposals were very moderate and fell far short of the US style deregulation which many consumer groups advocate.
