L’île Huxley, l’île Alder et l’île Bolkus, ensemble avec cette partie de l’île Burnaby située au nord et à l’ouest d’une ligne droite dressée entre le point le plus au sud de la baie Francis, étant un point sur la laisse de hautes eaux ordinaires de l’île Burnaby (par environ 52°21′51″ de latitude et par environ 131°17′00″ de longitude), et le point le plus au nord de la baie Swan, étant un point sur la laisse de hautes eaux ordinaires de l’île Burnaby (par environ 52°21′00″ de latitude et par environ 131°18′10″ de longitude).
Huxley Island, Alder Island and Bolkus Islands, together with that portion of Burnaby Island lying to the north and west of a straight line drawn between the most southerly point of Francis Bay, being a point on the ordinary high water mark of Burnaby Island (at approximate latitude 52°21′51″ and approximate longitude 131°17′00″), and the most northerly point of Swan Bay, being a point on the ordinary high water mark of Burnaby Island (at approximate latitude 52°21′00″ and longitude 131°18′10″).
