IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Ces mesures viennent s'ajouter à une enveloppe financière pouvant atteindre 300 million d’euros pour 2017, ce qui représente une augmentation substantielle de l'aide de l'UE à la Tunisie des deux dernières années, notamment dans les domaines de la coopération, le commerce, l’industrie, l'éducation, la recherche et la lutte contre le terrorisme.
This comes in addition to a planned financial envelope of up to €300 million for 2017, which would be a substantial increase in EU assistance to Tunisia of the past two years, notably in the areas of financial support, macro financial assistance, but also in the fields of cooperation, trade, education, research, counter-terrorism and industry.

4. De plus, l’État membre requérant devrait préciser dans sa demande le montant utilisé exclusivement à son profit et prélevé sur l’enveloppe financière qui lui est allouée au titre de la politique de cohésion conformément à l’article 18, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 1083/2006, et pouvant être consacré à la réalisation des objectifs de l’instrument de partage des risques, exclusivement sur les engagements budgétaires de l’Union à effectuer pour les exercices 2012 et 2013, en conformité avec l’article 75, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 1083/2006, sans dépasser 10 % de la dotation indicative totale destinée à l’État membre requérant pour la période 2007-2013 au titre du FEDER et du Fonds de cohésion, et approuvée conformément à l’article 28, paragraphe 3, point b), du règlement (CE) no 1083/2006.
In addition, the requesting Member State should specify in its request the amount available for its exclusive benefit, within its cohesion policy financial allocation pursuant to Article 18(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006, and which can be earmarked for the objectives of the risk-sharing instrument exclusively from the Union budget commitments to be effected in the years 2012 and 2013, pursuant to Article 75(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006, and which should not exceed 10 % of the indicative total allocation for the requesting Member State for the years 2007-13 regarding the ERDF and the CF, and approved in accordance with Article 28(3)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006.
