Although some of the interest rates applied by EMPORDEF to ENVC could appear relatively high (e.g. 3-month EURIBOR plus 8,431 % for the contract signed on 30 May 2012), the Commission considers that no private financial institution would have provided such a loan with no collateralisation to a firm clearly in difficulty.
