La Cour constate que cette obligation vise toutes les correspondances principales, tant celles de l’entreprise ferroviaire concernée que celles assurées par les autres entreprises.
The Court finds that that obligation relates to all main connecting services, both those of the railway undertaking concerned and those operated by other undertakings.

1. Sur demande, et sans préjudice de l’article 10, les entreprises ferroviaires et les vendeurs de billets qui proposent des contrats de transport pour le compte d’une ou de plusieurs entreprises ferroviaires fournissent au voyageur au moins les informations mentionnées à l’annexe II, partie I, en ce qui concerne les voyages pour lesquels un contrat de transport est proposé par l’entreprise ferroviaire concernée.

Without prejudice to Article 10, railway undertakings and ticket vendors offering transport contracts on behalf of one or more railway undertakings shall provide the passenger, upon request, with at least the information set out in Annex II, Part I in relation to the journeys for which a transport contract is offered by the railway undertaking concerned.
