The Commission has approved an operation by which EXXON Chemical 0Holland Ventures BV and DSM plastomers BV create a joint venture to produce plastomers, C8 linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and speciality high density polyethylene (HDPE) using EXXON's metallocene catalyst technology and DSM's compact solution technology.
