Selon la législation norvégienne, Entra aurait été tenue, en l'absence de l’article 3 de l’acte attaqué, de verser aux autorités fiscales les droits d’accise sur le prix de transaction convenu pour l'enregistrement effectué, indépendamment de la question de savoir si le prix de transaction aurait pu être différent.
According to Norwegian legislation, Entra would, in the absence of paragraph 3 in the contested Act, have been obliged to pay to the tax authorities the excise duty on the agreed transaction price for the registration that took place, without it being relevant whether the transaction price might have looked different.
