– vu la déclaration du 13 février 2013 du président américain Barack Obama, du président du Conseil européen Herman Van Rompuy et du président de la Commission européenne José Manuel Barroso, dans laquelle ils annoncent que les États-Unis et l'Union européenne entameront tous deux les procédures internes nécessaires pour ouvrir les négociations sur un partenariat transatlantique de commerce et d'investissement,
– having regard to the statement of 13 February 2013 by US President Barack Obama, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy and European Commission President José Manuel Barroso announcing that both the United States and the European Union will initiate the internal procedures necessary to launch the negotiations for a Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership,
