Au terme d’une enquête approfondie (voir IP/07/1794, dont le champ d’application a été étendu en 2012, voir IP/12/44), la Commission a autorisé des aides à l’investissement octroyée par la France à l’exploitant de l’aéroport de Pau Pyrénées, la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Pau-Béarn (CCIPB), pour la modernisation des infrastructures.
After an in-depth investigation (see IP/07/1794, extended in 2012 see IP/12/44), the Commission has approved investment aid granted by France to the operator of Pau-Pyrénées airport, the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Pau-Béarn (CCIPB), for infrastructure upgrades.

Brussels, 9 March 2012 - Following an in‑depth investigation (see IP/08/1164), the European Commission has concluded that the conditions governing the authorisation of restructuring aid of €503 million for Sernam (see IP/01/744 and IP/04/1269) have not been met and that the aid is incompatible with the EU rules on state aid.
