1. 1. Temporary agents employed under point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment in the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the Union who are engaged by the EPPO with a contract concluded before and no later than 1 year after the EPPO becomes operational in accordance with the decision mentioned in Article 120(2) shall be offered contracts under point (f) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment whereas all other conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged, without prejudice to the need to respect the obligations stemming from the Conditions of Employment.
