Considers, moreover, that the reduction of export subsidies, which the European Union is further inclined to concede, should be negotiated with the other industrialised countries and must not be applied unilaterally, as otherwise it could have the paradoxical effect of favouring those countries, and in any event considers that any such reduction should take into account the varying sensitivity of the products concerned;
