Generally, if the sleep disorder is one of the major complaints and is perceived as a condition in itself, the present code should be used along with other pertinent diagnoses describing the psychopathology and pathophysiology involved in a given case. This category includes only those sleep disorders in which emotional causes are considered to be a primary factor, and which are not due to identifiable physical disorders classified elsewhere.

What assurances can the Commission give that it is taking seriously the threat posed by potential terrorist attacks on nuclear installations, will it state if it has been informed by the UK Government of its decision to approve the opening of the new MOX plant at Sellafield against the wishes of the Irish Government, and will it give an undertaking that it will now put the protection of the interests of the Irish population first by doing whatever it can to force the closure of Sellafield?
