Concernant la question de la compatibilité avec la législation communautaire de la participation de la société «ΕΛΑΝΕΤ» (ELANET) à l’évaluation des dossiers de demande de certaines mesures d’aides d’État cofinancées et à la procédure d’évaluation de ces dossiers, la Commission a déjà expliqué, dans sa réponse aux questions écrites E-5710/06 et E-1269/07 de l’honorable parlementaire, que les sociétés privées peuvent participer à la mise en œuvre d’opérations cofinancées, en particulier de mesures d’aides d’État.
(EN) On the issue of the compatibility with Community rules of the involvement of "ΕΛΑΝΕΤ" (ELANET) in the evaluation of applications for certain co-financed state aid measures and the procedure for the evaluation of such applications, the Commission has already explained, in its answer to the Honourable Member's written questions E-5710/06 and E-1269/07, that private firms can be involved in the implementation of co-funded operations, in particular state aid measures.
