Les noms de variétés à raisins de cuve et leurs synonymes énumérés à l'annexe XV, partie B, du présent règlement qui contiennent partiellement une appellation d'origine protégée ou une indication géographique protégée et font directement référence à l'élément géographique de l'appellation d'origine protégée ou de l'indication géographique protégée en question peuvent figurer uniquement sur l'étiquette d'un produit bénéficiant d'une appellation d'origine protégée ou d'une indication géographique protégée ou d'une indication géographique d'un pays tiers.
4. The wine grape variety names and their synonyms listed in Part B of Annex XV to this Regulation, that partially contain a protected designation of origin or geographical indication and directly refers to the geographical element of the protected designation of origin or geographical indication in question, may only appear on the label of a product with protected designation of origin or geographical indication or geographical indication of a third country.

Vin produit à partir de raisins récoltés sur le territoire de la République tchèque, qui conviennent pour la production de vin de qualité dans la région spécifique, ou à partir de variétés qui sont prévues dans la liste de variétés dans le règlement d'application; il ne peut être étiqueté qu'avec l'indication géographique fixée par le règlement d'application; pour produire du vin avec indication géographique, seuls peuvent être utilisés les raisins avec lesquels le vin a été produit, dont la teneur en sucre a atteint 14° NM au moins et qui ont été récoltés dans l'unité géographique qui comporte l'indication géographique conformément à ce paragraphe et est conforme aux exigences relatives à la qualité établies par le règlement d'application; l'utilisation du nom d'une autre unité géographique que celle prévue par le règlement d'application est interdite.
Wine produced from the grapes harvested in the Czech Republic territory, which are suitable for quality wine production in the specific region, or from the varieties which are introduced in the list of varieties in the implementing legal regulation, it can be labelled only with the geographical indication laid down by the implementing legal regulation; for producing the wine with geographical indication can be used only the grapes, of which the wine was produced, and whose reached the sugar content 14° NM at least and were harvested in the geographical unit, which bears the geographical indication according to this paragraph and complies with the requirements regarding to the quality laid down by the implementing legal regulation; use of the name of other geographical unit that which is introduced in the implementing legal regulation is banned.

In order to supplement or amend certain non-essential elements of this Regulation, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the establishment of production processes for obtaining aromatised wine products; criteria for the demarcation of geographical areas and rules, restrictions and derogations related to production in such areas; the conditions under which a product specification may include additional requirements; the determination of the cases in which a single producer may apply for the protection of a geographical indication and the restrictions governing the type of applicant that may apply for such protection; the establishment of the conditions to be complied with in respect of an application for the protection of a geographical indication, scrutiny by the Commission, the objection procedure and procedures for amendment and cancellation of geographical indications; the establishment of the conditions applicable to trans-border applications; the setting of the date for the submission of an application or a request, the date from which the protection applies and the date on which an amendment to a protection applies; the establishment of the conditions relating to amendments to product specifications, including the conditions when an amendment is considered minor and the conditions relating to the applications for, and approval of, amendments, which do not involve any change to the single document; the restrictions regarding the protected name; the nature and type of information to be notified in the exchange of information between Member States and the Commission, the methods of notification, the rules related to the access rights to information or information systems made available and the modalities of publication of the information.
