Dans le cas où, à un moment donné, un procureur européen délégué n’est pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions de procureur européen délégué parce qu’il exerce ces fonctions en tant que procureur national, il en informe le procureur européen chargé de la surveillance de l’affaire, qui consulte les autorités nationales compétentes chargées des poursuites afin de déterminer si le procureur européen délégué doit donner la priorité aux fonctions qu’il exerce au titre du présent règlement.
In the event that a European Delegated Prosecutor at any given moment is unable to fulfil his/her functions as a European Delegated Prosecutor because of the exercise of such functions as national prosecutor, he/she shall notify the supervising European Prosecutor, who shall consult the competent national prosecution authorities in order to determine whether priority should be given to their functions under this Regulation.

8. 8. The competent Permanent Chamber shall to the extent necessary hear the European Delegated Prosecutors concerned by the case and then decide without undue delay, in accordance with applicable national law as well as this Regulation, whether and by when the assigned measure needed, or a substitute measure, shall be undertaken by the assisting European Delegated Prosecutor, and communicate this decision to the said European Delegated Prosecutors through the competent European Prosecutor.
