First of all, with respect to the statements that were released today by eleven different organizations, which I think further reinforce the findings of the Auditor General with respect to the women in corrections, what is the response of the department, of the government, to eleven organizations, some from outside of Canada, who feel that we are failing as a nation to live up to the requirements under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, and who have suggested that in some ways Canada presents almost an embarrassing situation internationally?
