La requérante soutient que la défenderesse aurait enfreint l’article 108, paragraphe 3, TFUE en ce qu’elle ne se serait pas acquittée de son obligation d’examen attentif et impartial, et qu’elle aurait déclaré de façon manifestement erronée que la communication relative aux critères d’appréciation approfondie des aides régionales en faveur de grands projets d’investissement était intégralement applicable.
The applicant claims that, by infringing its obligation to conduct a diligent and impartial examination and thereby subsequently affirming, in a manifestly erroneous manner, the applicability in full of the communication on the detailed examination of large investment projects, the defendant infringed Article 108(3) TFEU.
