Il pourrait accepter le taux maximal d’augmentation des dépenses proposé en deuxième lecture du Parlement.
I realise that there are small differences of opinion over interpretation regarding the classification of expenditure in the budget, and I would like to remind you that the Council reserves its rights regarding this. The Council may approve the ceiling for the rise in expenditure proposed as a result of Parliament’s second reading.
