Je ne vois vraiment pas comment la combinaison d’instruments auparavant inutiles pourrait brusquement et de son propre chef contribuer à faire une véritable percée au niveau de la création d’emplois et de la croissance économique au sein de l’Union européenne.
I do not see in the least why the combination of previously useless instruments should, suddenly and on its own, help to achieve a real breakthrough as regards job creation and economic growth within the European Union.
