Each year, on the basis of scientific advice, the Council would decide the maximum number of fishing days, also referred to as allowable fishing effort, for each fleet category by Member State. Le comité d'administration et de gestion formule notamment des avis et recommandations à l'intention du conseil de direction concernant le budget, les comptes annuels, le plan de projet, le programme de travail, le plan relatif aux estimations des ressources, le tableau des effectifs, le plan en matière de politique du personnel et toute autre question associée.

In the exceptional cases where, after consulting the Member State concerned, the Commission identifies in the draft budgetary plan particularly serious non-compliance with the budgetary policy obligations laid down in the SGP, the Commission, in its opinion on the draft budgetary plan, should request a revised draft budgetary plan, in accordance with this Regulation.

2. Nonobstant le paragraphe 1, lorsque dans les cas exceptionnels où, après avoir consulté l'État membre concerné dans la semaine suivant la transmission de son projet de plan budgétaire, la Commission décèle un manquement particulièrement grave aux obligations de politique budgétaire prévues dans le pacte de stabilité et de croissance, la Commission adopte son avis dans les deux semaines suivant la transmission du projet de plan budgétaire.
2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, where, in exceptional cases, after consulting the Member State concerned within one week of submission of the draft budgetary plan, the Commission identifies particularly serious non-compliance with the budgetary policy obligations laid down in the SGP, the Commission shall adopt its opinion within two weeks of submission of the draft budgetary plan.

Premièrement, au sein du comité de sécurité sanitaire, il appartient au groupe chargé des plans de préparation et d'intervention en matière de santé publique (GPPI), tel qu’établi dans le document de travail de la Commission du mois de mars 2004, d’assurer diverses tâches: échanger l’information, diffuser et revoir les plans nationaux de préparation et d’intervention, exprimer un avis sur les lacunes observées et la nécessaire coordination entre ces plans nationaux, partager son expertise et ses bonnes pratiques avec d’autres groupes travaillant sur des plans de préparation et créer des groupes chargés de se prononcer sur des aspects particuliers des plans d’urgence.
First the Public Health Preparedness and Response Planning Group (PRPG) of the Health Security Committee as set out in the working paper of the Commission of March 2004, has to undertake a number of tasks such as exchanging information, communicating and reviewing existing national preparedness and response plans and providing advice on gaps and co-ordination needs between national plans, sharing expertise and good practice with other groups working on preparedness plans, and setting up groups to advise on particular aspects of contingency planning.
