2. Le président du comité d’appel transmet l’invitation, les projets d’actes d’exécution et les autres documents utiles aux membres du comité d’appel suffisamment tôt avant la date de la réunion, compte tenu de l’urgence et de la complexité du dossier, et au plus tard quatorze jours civils avant cette date, conformément à l'article 1er, paragraphe 4.
2. The chair of the appeal committee shall submit the invitation, the draft implementing acts and other documents for the meeting to the members of the appeal committee well in advance of the meeting, taking into account the urgency and the complexity of the matter, and no later than 14 calendar days before the date of the meeting in accordance with Article 1(4).
