W. whereas in 2015 the Commission’s Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO) has allocated EUR 25 million to assist communities across the country affected by acute malnutrition, conflict and forced displacement; whereas in 2014 total EU funding, from Member States and the Commission combined, for humanitarian assistance in Yemen amounted to EUR 100,8 million, of which EUR 33 million came from ECHO;

F. considérant que la convention sur les armes à sous-munitions instaure une nouvelle norme humanitaire pour l'aide aux victimes et impose aux États d'enlever les restes d'armes à sous-munitions non explosés qui demeurent après les conflits; considérant que la Commission, tout comme certains États, alloue aux pays concernés des fonds spécifiques pour lutter contre les armes à sous-munitions;
F. whereas the CCM established a new humanitarian standard for the assistance of victims and will require States to clear unexploded cluster munitions remnants that are left behind after conflicts; whereas the European Commission together with some other States contribute specific funds for cluster munitions action to affected counties;

En 2016, la Commission, dans son ajustement technique pour l'année 2017 conformément aux articles 6 et 7 du règlement (UE, Euratom) no 1311/2013, procède au réexamen des montants totaux alloués au titre de l'objectif "Investissement pour la croissance et l'emploi" à chaque État membre pour la période 2017-2020, en appliquant la méthode de détermination des montants définie aux paragraphes 1 à 16 de l'annexe VII sur la base des statistiques les plus récentes disponibles et de la comparaison, pour les États membres soumis à l'écrêtement, entre le PIB national cumulé observé pour les années 2014-2015 et le PIB national cumulé pour la même période estimé en 2012 conformément au paragraphe 10 de l'annexe VII. En cas de divergence cumulative supérieure à +/- 5 % entre les dotations révisées et les montants totaux alloués, les montants totaux alloués sont ajustés en conséquence.
In 2016, the Commission shall, in its technical adjustment for the year 2017 in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1311/2013, review the total allocations under the Investment for growth and jobs goal of each Member State for 2017-2020, applying the allocation method set out in paragraphs 1 to 16 of Annex VII on the basis of the most recent statistics available and of the comparison, for the capped Member States, between the cumulated national GDP observed for the years 2014-2015 and the cumulated national GDP for the same period estimated in 2012 in accordance with paragraph 10 of Annex VII. Where there is a cumulative divergence of more than +/-5 % between the revised allocations and the total allocations, the total allocations shall be adjusted correspondingly.
