− (PL) J’ai voté contre le rapport sur la situation des droits fondamentaux dans l’Union européenne 2004-2008, dont l’auteur est le député européen Giusto Catania, car l’auteur n’a pas vraiment présenté une description de la situation au cours des quatre dernières années, mais plutôt exprimé son propre avis, suggérant et tentant même d’imposer aux États membres une législation qui relève exclusivement de leur compétence.
− (PL) I voted against the report on the situation of fundamental rights in the European Union 2004-2008 authored by the Italian MEP Giusto Catania, as the author has not so much presented a description of the situation over the past four years as expressed his own opinions, suggesting and even attempting to impose upon Member States legislation that is exclusively within their competence.
