Concernant la description de l’exploitation normale d’un câblier figurant dans l’avis publié au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne, la chambre de la marine marchande s’inscrit en faux contre l’examen préliminaire de la Commission. Les propositions d'amendement déposées par le rapporteur, notre collègue M. Jové Peres, méritent donc notre soutien, dans la mesure où elles visent à corriger les positions inacceptables de la Commission, notamment pour ce qui est de ses propositions contre l'augmentation des aides aux agriculteurs, le relèvement des seuils et la restitution des limites des aides aux organisations de producteurs.
The amendments tabled by the rapporteur, Mr Jové Peres, therefore deserve our support, since they seek to correct the unacceptable views held by the Commission, specifically in its proposals against increasing aid to farmers, on increasing thresholds and on resetting ceilings for aid to producer organisations.
