Les gestionnaires de fonds de capital-risque enregistrés au titre de l'article 13 du présent règlement, et dont le total des actifs dépasse 500 millions d'EUR après l'enregistrement, étant dès lors soumis à une autorisation des autorités compétentes de leur État membre d'origine conformément à l'article 6 de la directive 2011/61/UE, peuvent continuer à utiliser la dénomination "fonds de capital-risque européen" et à exercer conformément au présent règlement pour la commercialisation des fonds de capital-risque éligibles dans l'Union, à la condition qu'ils ne cessent à aucun moment de respecter le présent règlement pour ce qui est des fonds de capital-risque éligibles.

Venture capital fund managers that are registered under this Regulation in accordance with Article 13, and the total assets of which exceed EUR 500 million following that registration, and that therefore become subject to authorisation with the competent authorities of their home Member State in accordance with Article 6 of Directive 2011/61/EU, may continue to use the designation "European Venture Capital Fund" and may continue to operate under the conditions of this Regulation in relation to the marketing of qualifying venture capital funds in the Union, provided that they continue to comply with this Regulation at all times in relation to the qualifying venture capital funds.
