Conformément à la décision 2000/125/CE du Conseil (2), l'Union a adhéré à l'accord concernant l'établissement de règlements techniques mondiaux applicables aux véhicules à roues ainsi qu'aux équipements et pièces qui peuvent être montés et/ou utilisés sur des véhicules à roues (ci-après dénommé «accord parallèle»).
In accordance with Council Decision 2000/125/EC (2), the Union acceded to the Agreement concerning the establishing of global technical regulations for wheeled vehicles, equipment and parts which can be fitted and/or be used on wheeled vehicles (‘Parallel Agreement’).

À la suite de consultations avec la partie ukrainienne et dans le cadre de l'ensemble des efforts consentis en vue de la mise en œuvre du processus de paix en Ukraine, la Commission a proposé au Conseil de repousser jusqu'au 31 décembre 2015 l'application provisoire des dispositions liées au commerce de l'accord d'association entre l'Union européenne et la Communauté européenne de l'énergie atomique et leurs États membres, d'une part, et l'Ukraine, d'autre part (ci-après dénommé «accord d'association») (titre IV), et, parallèlement, de maintenir les mesures commerciales autonomes octroyées par l'Union au profit de l'Ukraine.
Following consultations with the Ukrainian side and in the context of the overall efforts for the implementation of the peace process in Ukraine, the Commission has proposed to the Council to delay until 31 December 2015 the provisional application of the trade-related provisions of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part (‘the Association Agreement’) (Title IV), and at the same time to continue the application of the Union's autonomous trade measures for the benefit of Ukraine.

By way of derogation from Article 17, a competent authority of a Member State (“Member State of introduction”) shall, at the request of the applicant, grant a parallel trade permit for a biocidal product that is authorised in another Member State (“Member State of origin”) to be made available on the market and used in the Member State of introduction, if it determines in accordance with paragraph 3 that the biocidal product is identical to a biocidal product already authorised in the Member State of introduction (“the reference product”).
