A partir de cette dernière date les Etats membres seront donc tenus d'appliquer les modifications qui ont pour but d'adapter les Annexes de la Directive à l'évolution des connaissances scientifiques et techniques qui sont les suivantes : - la liste des cas où la bentonite-montmorillonite peut sans risque d'interactions être mélangée à d'autres substances est complétée; - la perlite utilisée en tant qu'agent antimottant est autorisée; - l'Annexe I de la directive est adaptée pour prévoir l'utilisation de certains composés de fer et de cuivre pour la dénaturation du lait écrémé en poudre destiné à l'alimentation des animaux autres que les jeunes veaux; - le délai d'autorisation du facteur de croissance nitrovine inscrit à l'Annexe II est prorogé pour une période déterminée; - la maduramicine amonium est autorisée provisoirement au plan national; - la virginiamycine et la flavophospholipol sont autorisées dans toute la Communauté; - la prorogation pour une période déterminée des substances inscrites à l'Annexe II et pouvant à ce titre être autorisée au niveau national.
