En dépit des quelques bons points contenus dans ce rapport, celui-ci ne va malheureusement pas assez loin et ne couvre pas le déficit structurel subi par l’Irlande du Nord qui affiche un retard considérable par rapport au reste de l'Europe après avoir souffert pendant plus de 30 ans de violence terroriste.
Unfortunately, though this report contains some good points, it did not go far enough to cover this destructural deficit we experienced by lagging so far behind the rest of Europe after over 30 years of terrorist violence.
