Certaines régions défavorisées pourront toutefois bénéficier d'une dérogation à cette interdiction.
The new regulation governing the market in wine will ensure a controlled increase in production potential by maintaining the current ban on new plantings until 2010. Some less-favoured regions may, however, qualify for an exemption from this ban.
