H. considérant que le président turc Recep Tayyip Erdoğan a présenté ses condoléances aux familles des victimes du génocide arménien, qualifiant d'"inhumains" les massacres perpétrés; que le premier ministre turc, Ahmet Davutoğlu, a déclaré que la Turquie "partage les douleurs des Arméniens", appelant à briser les tabous pour surmonter le "grand traumatisme qui a figé le temps en 1915" et s'engageant à reconnaître dûment l'héritage culturel arménien en Turquie;
