La Commission, pour sa part, contribuera, indépendamment de ce que je déclarerai aujourd’hui, à l’établissement de ce bilan par le biais d’une communication qu’elle présentera au Conseil et au Parlement en juin de cette année. Nous y soumettrons une évaluation exhaustive des choses qui ont été accomplies et de ce qui n’a pas été fait par rapport au programme défini à Tampere et au traité d’Amsterdam.
The Commission, for its part, regardless of what I say now, will contribute to this balance-sheet by means of a communication that it will present to the Council and to Parliament in June of this year, when we will present an exhaustive assessment of what has and what has not been achieved in accordance with the Tampere programme and the Amsterdam Treaty.
