Mr. Jay Hill: Mr. Chairman, my question revolves around a part of the spreadsheet in which they endeavour to lay out what was contained in the National Post article written by Mr. Fife, and then what ministerial statements had been made prior to this that might have led him to believe what would be contained in the legislation, and then what was in the actual bill.
