Par une lettre du 28 février 2012, vous avez saisi la commission des affaires juridiques, conformément à l'article 37 du règlement, afin d'obtenir son avis sur l'opportunité de supprimer l'article 80 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne (traité FUE) de la base juridique pour l'adoption de la proposition de décision du Parlement européen et du Conseil modifiant la décision n° 573/2007/CE portant création du Fonds européen pour les réfugiés.
By letter of 28 February 2012 you asked the Committee on Legal Affairs, pursuant to Rule 37 of the Rules of Procedure, to give its opinion on whether the deletion of Article 80 TFEU from the legal basis for adopting the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Decision No 573/2007/EC establishing the European refugee Fund is appropriate.

Cet acte proroge les interdictions de pénétrer sur le territoire de l'UE dont font l'objet certaines personnes en République de Moldavie et actualise les listes des personnes auxquelles s'appliquent des mesures restrictives, telles qu'elles figurent aux annexes I et II de la décision 2010/573/PESC.
The Council Decision renews travel restrictions on certain persons in the Republic of Moldova and updates the list of persons subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annexes I and II to Decision 2010/573/CFSP.
