Le soutien apporté par l'Union aux secteurs culturels et créatifs se fonde principalement sur l'expérience acquise dans le cadre des programmes de l'Union énoncés dans la décision no 1718/2006/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (ci-après dénommé "programme MEDIA"), la décision no 1855/2006/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (ci-après dénommé "programme culture"), et la décision no 1041/2009/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (ci-après dénommé "programme Média Mundus").
Union support for the cultural and creative sectors is based primarily on the experience acquired with the Union programmes set out in Decision No 1718/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "MEDIA programme"), Decision No 1855/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "Culture programme") and Decision No 1041/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "MEDIA Mundus programme").

Il y a lieu, dès lors, d'abroger les décisions no 1718/2006/CE, no 1855/2006/CE et no 1041/2009/CE.
Decisions No 1718/2006/EC, No 1855/2006/EC and No 1041/2009/EC should therefore be repealed.

Elle tient compte des résultats de l'évaluation de l'impact à long terme de la décision n° 1855/2006/CE, de la décision n° 1718/2006/CE et de la décision n° 1041/2009/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil.
It shall take into account evaluation results on the long-term impact of Decision No 1855/2006/EC, Decision No 1718/2006/EC and Decision No 1041/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Il est également tenu compte des résultats de l'évaluation de l'impact à long terme de la décision n° 1855/2006/CE, de la décision n° 1718/2006/CE et de la décision n° 1041/2009/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil.
Evaluation results on the long-term impact of Decision No 1855/2006/EC, Decision No 1718/2006/EC and Decision No 1041/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council shall also be taken into account.
