(3) With a view to the renewed institutional balance created by the Treaty of Lisbon and to the experience gained from the work of the European Parliament's committees of inquiry, Decision 95/167/EC, Euratom, ECSC should be repealed and replaced by a new regulation.

Le présent règlement abroge la décision 95/167/CE, CECA, Euratom.
Decision 95/167/EC, Euratom, ECSC is hereby repealed.

Il convient également que, jusqu’à l’expiration de la décision 2002/272/CE, les fabricants soient autorisés à présenter des demandes se référant soit aux critères établis par cette décision, soit aux critères établis par la présente décision.
Producers should also be allowed to submit applications set out under the criteria set in Decision 2002/272/EC or set out under the criteria set in this Decision until the lapse of validity of that Decision.

2. Les demandes d’attribution du label écologique pour des produits appartenant à la catégorie de produits «revêtements durs» présentées à compter de la date d’adoption de la présente décision mais au plus tard le 31 mars 2010 peuvent se référer soit aux critères énoncés dans la décision 2002/272/CE, soit aux critères définis dans la présente décision.
2. Applications for the eco-label for products falling within the product group hard coverings submitted from the date of adoption of this Decision but by 31 March 2010 at the latest may be based either on the criteria set out in Decision 2002/272/EC or on the criteria set out in this Decision.

1. Les demandes d’attribution du label écologique pour des produits appartenant à la catégorie de produits «revêtements durs» présentées avant la date d’adoption de la présente décision sont examinées conformément aux conditions prévues à la décision 2002/272/CE.
1. Applications for the eco-label for products falling within the product group hard covering submitted before the date of adoption of this Decision shall be evaluated in accordance with the conditions laid down in Decision 2002/272/EC.

La décision 2002/272/CE de la Commission du 25 mars 2002 établissant les critères pour l’attribution du label écologique communautaire aux revêtements de sol durs est applicable jusqu’au 31 mars 2008.
