Commission Decision 2009/547/EC of 10 July 2009 amending Decision 2000/57/EC on the early warning and response system for the prevention and control of communicable diseases under Decision No 2119/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (6) introduced specific safeguards for the exchange of personal data between Member States in the course of contact tracing procedures for the identification of infected persons and of persons potentially in danger, in the occurrence of an event related to communicable diseases having a potential EU dimension.

Le budget Sisnet est régi par un règlement financier spécifique établi par la décision 2000/265/CE du Conseil (3) (ci-après dénommé le «règlement financier Sisnet»), qui prévoit des procédures différentes de celles du règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes, figurant dans le règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002 du Conseil (4).
The Sisnet budget is governed by a specific Financial Regulation established by Council Decision 2000/265/EC (3), hereinafter referred to as the ‘Sisnet Financial Regulation’, which provides for different procedures from those of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities, as set out in Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 (4).
