La Commission considère également qu'en n'adoptant pas les mesures pour interdire la mise sur le marché ainsi que la distribution au consommateur final, les échanges intra-communautaires et les exportations vers les pays tiers des produits cités à la décision 1999/389/CE de la Commission du 11 juin 1999 concernant des mesures de protection contre la contamination par la dioxine des produits d'origine animale destinés à la consommation humaine ou animale dérivés de bovins ou de porcins provenant d'établissements mis sous contrôle vétérinaire, en particulier les viandes porcines et bovines, certains produits à base de viande ainsi que le lait crû, le lait traité thermiquement et les produits à base de lait (exception faite pour le beurre), la Belgique n'a pas respecté ses obligations découlant des directives et décisions précitées en liaison avec l'article 10 du Traité.
The Commission also considers that by not taking steps to prohibit the marketing, distribution to the final consumer, trade within the Community and export to third countries of the products mentioned in Commission Decision 1999/389/EC of 11 June 1999 on protective measures with regard to contamination by dioxins of products intended for human consumption derived from bovine animals and pigs from establishments placed under veterinary supervision, in particular pigmeat, beef and veal, certain meat products, raw milk, heat-treated milk and milk products other than butter, Belgium did not fulfil its obligations under the abovementioned directives and decision in conjunction with Article 10 of the Treaty.
