(14) The following measures in pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 should be of interest for the wine sector : setting up of young farmers and investments in technical facilities and marketing improvements, vocational training, information and promotion support for producers" organisations after entering quality scheme, agri-environment support, early retirement to be granted to farmers who decide to stop all commercial farming activity definitively for the purpose of transferring the holding to other farmers.

(14) Dans le cadre des enveloppes nationales, devraient être éligibles les mesures concernant l'installation des jeunes agriculteurs, les investissements dans des équipements techniques, les améliorations relatives à la commercialisation, la formation professionnelle, l'aide à l'information et à la promotion pour les organisations de producteurs qui rejoignent un régime de qualité, les aides à caractère agroenvironnemental, ainsi que la retraite anticipée des agriculteurs qui décident d'abandonner définitivement toute activité agricole commerciale afin de transmettre leur exploitation à d'autres agriculteurs.
