REGLEMENT "AIDE HUMANITAIRE" A la suite du débat télévisé susmentionné qui avait porté également sur ce règlement, le Conseil a approuvé à la majorité qualifiée - les délégations danoise, finlandaise et néerlandaise s'étant prononcées contre - la position commune relative au règlement en matière d'aide humanitaire, qui sera transmise au Parlement européen dans le cadre de la procédure de coopération (Art. 189B).
REGULATION ON HUMANITARIAN AID Following the televised debate referred to above, which also covered this Regulation, the Council approved by a qualified majority - with the Danish, Finnish and Netherlands delegations voting against - a common position on the Regulation on humanitarian aid, which will be forwarded to the European Parliament under the cooperation procedure (Article 189b).
