To the full extent to which the Governor in Council may consider it reasonable and expedient the Governor in Council may do, execute, and fulfil every act, deed, matter or thing necessary for the carrying out of the said Agreement between the Governments of the Dominion of Canada and the Province of British Columbia according to its true intent, and for giving effect to the report of the said Royal Commission, either in whole or in part, and for the full and final adjustment and settlement of all differences between the said Governments respecting Indian lands and Indian affairs in the Province.

43. 43. Every registrar of deeds shall, upon receipt of any copy of the Canada Gazette containing any notice in form D gazetted under this Act affecting lands within his registration district, register, record or enter in the book or books, including index books, in which, according to the law of his province with reference to the registration or recording of grants, conveyances or transfers of land, grants, deeds or other documents of conveyance or copies thereof or notations or references thereto ought by him to be registered, recorded or entered, either the whole notice in form D so gazetted or sufficient notations or references thereto or therefrom as will show that the land described or the interest stated in such notice is owned by the Board absolutely by right acquired under this Act, and upon any resale of such land or of part thereof by the Board shall, when required, register, record or enter in such books the purchaser thereof or of part thereof in accordance with the terms of any grant or conveyance from the Board presented for registration, recording or entry.

Le Conseil se félicite en outre du rapport de la Commission sur l'incidence éventuelle d'une future libéralisation du régime des visas en faveur de la République de Moldavie sur la situation migratoire et la sécurité dans l'Union européenne et il souligne l'importance de ce rapport ainsi que la nécessité d'étudier les incidences et mesures pouvant être mises en évidence au cours de la mise en œuvre dudit plan d'action, y compris en ce qui concerne l'intégration des minorités, le traitement de l'immigration clandestine et la lutte contre la traite des êtres humains.
The Council also welcomes the Commission’s report on possible migratory and security impacts on the European Union of future visa liberalisation for the Republic of Moldova, and underlines its importance as well as the need to address the identified potential impacts and measures in the process of implementing the Action Plan on Visa Liberalisation, including as regards the integration of minorities, the tackling of illegal migration and the fight against trafficking in human beings.

(13) Il importe également que la présente directive respecte pleinement les initiatives communautaires qui, fondées sur l'article 137 du traité, sont prises en vue de réaliser les objectifs visés à l'article 136 dudit traité concernant la promotion de l'emploi et l'amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail.
