Prior approval of any other Member State or of the Agency, which provided information in the context of EUROSUR and which is not part of any of the agreements referred to in paragraph 1, shall be required before that information can be shared with Ireland and the United Kingdom under that agreement.

Nous saluons le fait que tant l'accord de partenariat de pêche (article 6) que le nouveau protocole (article 7) prévoient une clause d'exclusivité stipulant que les navires de l'Union européenne ne peuvent exercer des activités de pêche dans les eaux de Madagascar que si celles-ci s'inscrivent dans le cadre dudit accord.
We welcome that both the FPA (Art. 6) and the new protocol (Art. 7) contain an exclusivity clause, whereby EU vessels are allowed to fish in Madagascar only if they do so under this agreement.

2. In accordance with the rules set out under the fisheries agreement concerned, Community vessels authorised to engage in fishing activities under that agreement may, at the expiration date of the fishing authorisations, continue to fish under the agreement for a maximum period of six months after the expiration date, provided that scientific advice allows for this.

Notwithstanding Regulation (EC) No 2792/1999, the Community fleets dependent on the Fisheries Agreement with Morocco covered by the conversion plans approved by Commission Decisions Nos C(2000)3059 and C(2000)3060 of 30 October 2000 may continue to receive compensation as referred to in Article 16(1)(b) of the above Regulation until 30 June 2001 .
