The information gathered at the Forum should permit a more detailed evaluation of the conditions for adjusting the supply of services to the needs of user small and medium-sized enterprises and of the conditions for the use of support services, the primary objective being to concentrate on the needs of users, methods of access and the efficiency of the services.
