TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

54. réitère sa condamnation ferme et sans appel des actes de violence terroriste persistants perpétrés par le PKK, qui figure sur la liste des organisations terroristes de l'Union, et exprime sa solidarité pleine et entière avec la Turquie; demande aux États membres, en coordination étroite avec le coordinateur de l'UE pour la lutte contre le terrorisme ainsi qu'Europol, et dans le respect des droits de l'homme, des libertés fondamentales et du droit international, d'intensifier leur coopération avec la Turquie dans la lutte contre le terrorisme et contre la criminalité organisée en tant que source de financement du terrorisme; demande à la Commission et aux États membres de faciliter une communication et un échange d'informations suffisants avec la Turquie dans des dossiers de demandes d'extradition par la Turquie auxquelles il ne peut être donné suite pour des raisons juridiques ou de procédure;
54. Reiterates its firm and strong condemnation of the continuing terrorist violence by the PKK, which is on the EU list of terrorist organisations and expresses its full solidarity with Turkey; calls on the Member States, in close coordination with the EU counter-terrorism coordinator and Europol and with due regard for human rights, fundamental freedoms and international law, to intensify cooperation with Turkey in the fight against terrorism and in the fight against organised crime as a source of financing of terrorism; calls on the Commission and the Member States to facilitate adequate informative dialogue and exchanges of information with Turkey on extradition requests by Turkey, which cannot be taken further on legal or procedural grounds;

We noted the Commission’s communication of 14 October, which states that the general legal and institutional framework for respecting human rights is in place in Serbia and that progress has been made as regards improving compliance with international human rights legislation.

(15) Pour combler les lacunes en question, il convient de prévoir que l'État membre dans lequel l'entreprise d'assurance est agréée exige de celle-ci qu'elle désigne des représentants chargés du règlement des sinistres résidant ou établis dans les autres États membres, qui réuniront toutes les informations nécessaires en relation avec les sinistres résultant de ce type d'accident et prendront les mesures qui s'imposent pour régler les sinistres au nom et pour le compte de l'entreprise d'assurance, y compris le paiement de l'indemnisation. Ces représentants chargés du règlement des sinistres doivent disposer de pouvoirs suffisants pour représenter l'entreprise d'assurance auprès des personnes subissant un préjudice du fait de ces accidents, et aussi pour représenter l'entreprise d'assurance auprès des autorités nationales - y compris, le cas échéant, devant les juridictions, dans la mesure où cela est compatible avec les règles de droit international privé portant sur l'attribution des compétences juridictionnelles.
(15) In order to fill the gaps in question, it should be provided that the Member State where the insurance undertaking is authorised should require the undertaking to appoint claims representatives resident or established in the other Member States to collect all necessary information in relation to claims resulting from such accidents and to take appropriate action to settle the claims on behalf and for the account of the insurance undertaking, including the payment of compensation therefor; claims representatives should have sufficient powers to represent the insurance undertaking in relation to persons suffering damage from such accidents, and also to represent the insurance undertaking before national authorities including, where necessary, before the courts, in so far as this is compatible with the rules of private international law on the conferral of jurisdiction.
