17. invite la Commission à réviser, à la lumière de la Charte, les domaines de l’ancien troisième pilier (coopération policière et judiciaire dans les affaires pénales); rappelle qu’il recommandait, dans sa résolution du 25 novembre 2009 sur le programme de Stockholm , une révision cohérente de cette législation; rappelle aussi à la Commission qu’à compter du 1 décembre 2014, toute une législation adoptée dans un cadre constitutionnel totalement différent s’appliquera telle quelle dans l’Union et que cela aura des répercussions négatives sur les droits des personnes relevant de la juridiction de l’Union;

Calls on the Commission to revise the former third pillar domain (police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters) in the light of the Charter; recalls the recommendation made in its resolution of 25 November 2009 on the Stockholm Programme asking for a consistent revision of this legislation and reminds the Commission that on 1 December 2014 all legislation adopted in a totally different constitutional framework will be applied as such in the EU and will unduly affect the rights of the individual under EU jurisdiction;
