La consultation publique menée à l’occasion de la publication du livre vert sur les partenariats public-privé et le droit communautaire des marchés publics et des concessions a démontré la nécessité de clarifier les dispositions du droit communautaire applicables aux partenariats public-privé institutionnalisés (PPPI).
The public consultation undertaken at the time of the publication of the Green Paper on Public-Private Partnerships and Community law on public contracts and concessions showed the need for clarification on the Community’s legal provisions applicable to institutionalised public-private partnerships (IPPP).
